By choosing to use our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, agree and are bound to the following terms and conditions of use and service:

We will NOT under any circumstances design or develop a mascot for any site(s) that promote, endorse, duplicate, link to, or deal with the following:

Sexual or sexually explicit material or contents
Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
Content that infringes upon any trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party
Hacking, warez, virus transmittal, or computer activities of an illegal nature
"Spamming", pyramid schemes, junk mail or the transferal of unsolicited e-mail or advertising techniques
Content that is harmful to minors in any way.
Instructional information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual. This may include, but is not limited to, providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons, and creating "Crush" sites.
Animal cruelty or procedures deemed harmful, unnecessary or unnatural to animals
Any activity considered illegal under federal, state and international laws

All content on the MascotArtist.com web site including the elements of design and layout unless otherwise noted, is copyrighted material, and may not be reproduced or imitated in whole or in part. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.

The Artists of MascotArtist.com retain full rights to the character(s) you have commissioned them to design until after you have fully paid for them, at which point the copyright(s) are immediately transferred to you.

MascotArtist.com, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because MascotArtist has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that MascotArtist is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites.

Refund Policy
We offer a complete refund for your mascot if you are not satisfied with the work. Refunds are only granted at the sketching stage of the character's completion. If the work fails to meet your satisfaction, please contact us within 48 hours to formally request a refund. Before you receive your refund, however, you acknowledge that as a condition of receiving the refund, you will have deleted and/or destroyed any previously designed sketches provided by MascotArtist.com (This prevents unscrupulous individuals from taking a sketch to another artist for comparable work after a refund has been issued. If we find that our previous work has been used to create the same character by another artist, we will use all legal means at our disposal to enforce copyright infringement charges).
Refunds requested after the character has been penned or digitally colored, or after 48 hours will not be processed..

The MascotArtist.com web site, and all services rendered to our customers are provided "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. In no event shall MascotArtist.com be liable or responsible for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, those resulting from loss of use, data, or profits.
